Per Stephen's wishes, the Davies family has made arrangements to have his ashes scattered to the ocean waves on Sunday, August 14th. The family will be aboard the 50' Ketch "Earendyl". That boat is full. We would like to welcome any friends who have a desire to accompany us out to sea to do so in your own vessel, or you might want to make arrangements to ride with friends. It would be fantastic to see some boats in escort (Camp Howdy Yacht Club Rules apply).
We are scheduled to disembark Santa Cruz Harbor at 2:00 pm and will head out to sea a distance of at least 3 miles per state regulations. Stephen would want us to obey the law. Remember to position your vessel upwind a bit. Just a tip . . .
