Penny the Brit says...

"Happy New Year.

You are invited to a "Back to the 60's" party on Sunday, February 8.

I decided that if I was going to turn 60 I was going to do it in style. 60's style.
So, dig into the backs of your closets and find all those wonderful gear and get yourselves down to Laughlin, Nevada.

Hopefully the weather will be warm enough by then to use the pool.
I guess the saddest thing for some will be that there will be no light beer. Didn't exist back then. Sorry about that.

We have four extra bedrooms. Six couches and a lot of floor space. There's also the fifth wheel with a bed and pull-out couch. And there are many hotel rooms to be had in the local casinos.

Help me re-live my youth, and have a lot of fun doing it.

Hope you can make it. Later that week there is the annual Bluegrass festival along the river. Pass the invite on. I don't have everyone's e-mail address."

Email me if you want her phone and email address!

He's got yer squirell.....

Right here! Got up this mornin' and this guy was perched on a boat in the yard. Haven't seen a crow, seagull, or pigeon all day. I was wonderin' why there was bird carcass all over the dock when I got home.

Is It Fest Time?

Pics from the Delta

Wayy too much fun.

I was gonna come say Hi Larue, but family took over, and then had to head back down the river.

Wierd, Just Wierd

Both Manning's are in.

Roethlisberger's concussed.

McNabb's still alive (old guys rock).

My Guy Favre's out.

So are the Pats.

And there's them other teams I know nothing about. Hell, I don't even know who their QB's are . . . .

Go Giants, Eagles or Colts.

Kick the ball thru the net, onto the backboard and off the ice by gawd!

In a MANLY fashion, too.

I still can't believe there's football in Tennesse, North Carolina or Atlanta. Hell, at least Stabler spent a year or so with the Saints . . . long ago. That's legit.

Harumph.
