Ain't nuttun wrong at all with Melissa Auf der Mar. I'm not sayin'...I'm just sayin'.

Flora

Hadn't seen yellow hibiscus since I left Hawaii.
These were all over Mae Fah Lunag.
Orchids were everywhere. Taken on my walk to Chiang Rai beach.
So is the third one fake? It looked real when I took it, close up it looks like fabric.

Also Chiang Rai

Apparently I have wireless problems........It keeps posting the same pic over and over. It couldn't be me!
Bo and Kent on their way to Cambodia. A couple of 6' 4"+ guys gettin' in a tuk tuk.
The closed door of the reggae bar we hung out at. Got to pick, well...jam with the dreadheads.
This was the street in front of the guesthouse. So if you looked to the left, you saw the temple in the last post, and to the right was this. Once again, pretty surreal.

Chiang Rai

It was bound to happen.
The teak building at the Rai Mae Fah Luang art and cultural center. I like the way they used the whole teak trees.
Wat Ched Yot, the temple a hundred feet from where we stayed, at sunrise, and another view.
This was a small Buddha compared to some of the others.

Safe, Free, Easy

But you can only pick two.

BASEBAAAAAWL

Saw the last 4 innings of the Friday night Giants game from the Seabright Brewery... sounded like a playoff game in there. I know football is fun and all but this was Friday happy hour and there would be 157 more games. Oh, the A's are in front by a game and a half.

Shave and a Haircut?

My trusty mountain bike pulled up to the place I got my hair cut outside Luang Prabang.

Another One for the Bob Bitchin' Party

Some Favorites

The two little girls kept followin' me around the temple in Luang Prabang, Lao. Every time I'd turn around, they'd just smile and giggle.
The elephant camp on the Kok river.
The third one's for Cuz.
Kent playin' the longboat at the fuel stop on the river. The tube was hollow, and it actually made a really cool sound.

Almost a reason to go to Texas

For those fans of blondes...
