Perhaps A Bit Jaded For You YOUNG Pups
But, this was a pinnacle.
I wasn't there, only 16 at the time, and hadn't yet seen The Dead except for in Speedway Meadows once. That was Summer of '68, and they kicked crap outta Cream Puff War at full speed.

Lovelight. Truly an epic production. Pigpen, gone so soon, so too early.
Europe '72 still rocks and rings true, live outta the Pyramids, with The Sphinx as an echo chamber. That Owsley could mix sound like he mixed lysergicdiathalimide. ;-)
