Think he'll bring his bright red boots to Strawberry?
Looks like some serious "Country Music" is heading to Fall SB. This should be interesting, not my fav but the boy can pick.

Methinks Tubbed One got the drop on this already, as he often does. Yeah, Marty, boots and all, will likely grass it up a lot. Should be some great music. Wish Gary Hogue was still with us, he was a hoss on pedal steel. Google him for credits n such . . .
The two times I saw REK at Swine Soiree (only times, I'll add, I'm not bored with him yet), HIS pedal steel players were incredible!
Long live The Slide Side Of Life! 'smile'

Marty Stuart has a new CD out titled Live At The Ryman. The CD is a live recording of a bluegrass concert Marty did last year with his band and a few special guests. Here’s the line up on the CD:
The Superlatives are:

Brian Glenn - bass
Special Guests

Stuart Duncan - fiddle ****
Uncle Josh Graves - dobro *******
He left high school to tour with Flatt & Scruggs...he's that good..
don't let the hair and rhinestones scare you...much!
