Flop All Over, Hockey Sucks

LAIMBEER: (smirking) That was dreadful. No scream. No wince. And you got up way too quickly. Remember: You've just been shot (shaking head). I've seen better stuff from Shane Battier. And that's when he was in college.

I love this article, FLOP ME BABY!!!!!

Comments:
I don't get it. Maybe cuz all you valley folks got nuthin to live for 'cept your "Kings", & some fairly entertaining minor league basbeball....not to mention low-profile State politicians looking goofy 'nuff to laugh at...but let's face it....better yet, let's Face it Off, by dropping the freaking puck already! The Sharks may be sucking the ham this year but the Buffalo Sabres are 4th seed in the East. Heck, life aint sooo bad. (Basketball has been boring ever since Meadowlark Lemon retired!)

Ahhhh.....Laimbeer. The only guy I ever saw made Kareem alter the skyhook. I hated the rat bastard, but you had to like the way he scared people. When he was on the court, you knew, if you drove the lane, you were gonna get hit. Or......he was gonna flop, and get the foul. Great B-ball, Flynny and I went to several of those mid eighties games against Boston, and the Pistons. Just ain't the same these days. Good to see Webber in Phillie, now I can hate him even more.

Thank gawd, a rational and sane post to my topic. It's amazing Dave, how much of a genius I didn't realize you were!!!!! ;-)

Poor Zeke's done been transplanted Left Coast, the godless n souless vacuum where no puck ain't all pucked up at all. You want puck, go north or east, my skatin sadsack . . . ;-)

Kings make a run at playoffs. Out first round but hey, I'll take it in the post Peja/Vlade era (screw Weber, then, and now).

I LIKE ARTEST! Speakin of Laimbier like . . .

Basketball in the late 70's to late 80's WAS kewl.

Detroit's kewl these days. Total team. I still like Dallas Mavs (Nirwitzki rocks). I like Nash with Phoenix.

Iverson belongs on a team that don't got Weber. Any team. That man is so pure basketball focused.

I hate Kobe, and LA, but, he's a scorin machine this season cuz it's all they got. Let him run loose, I'd like to see him hit more than 60, though, to take him seriously (snicker, snicker).

I kinda miss Oscar Robertson, Rick Barry, George Gervin, n them cats of the late 60's n 70's, too.

Boston Green was way kewl, for almost 3 decades there, but Philly always messed it around pretty good too. Good times.

Ok, ok, Zeke's right about the baseball AND the politicians . . . he's a genius, too. ;-) How's that 5-String comin along, hoss . . . . you got blood on yer picks yet?
