It is not THAT the wind is blowing it is WHAT the wind is blowing. 12-15ft surge will just tear the shit out of the storage facilities and really screw up naval ops. There's going to be a big surge but it looks like the system is getting sheared away and the winds are dropping from 160kt to 105kts.
