Some pups may not know Larry Carlton was THE git for Jazz Crusaders, back in teh day.

Cruzian's I 'spect to know who Robben Ford is.

Pups?

Saw Larry a bunch when he used to sit in with the house band (Lee Rittenour's old band)at The Baked Potato on Ventura Ave, back when it had 4 tables.

Haven't seen Robben since he was Joni Mitchell's guit player on the MIles of Aisles tour........

Back in the day.

Oh, and haven't seen Larue at boys weekend since I fell off my dinosaur!

"Dinosaur?"

Que Tubdude's Fav:

Everyone's got a nickname for it, I guess dinosaur is as good as any . . .

Dave, like old east bay grease, yer always hipper than hip and have to have the last last . . . I've seen both of those guys in the mid to late 70's, when you were what, 12?

Pups. They never learn.

OK, so it was the early eighties.....

Mid seventies I was drivin' my Toyota Corona to Diamond Head Crater Festivals, goin' to see Al Di Meola and Rod Stewart and The Faces, when Ronny Wood, and Kenny Jones were still with the band. Tetsu Yamauchi on bass too.

Not the last word, just comparin' musical notes........as it were.....and it was.

Pups indeed.......
