Ocean Bites Flea
Rough day for Flea, but it's a good read and he's still paddling. 80ft. faces at Mav's.N since when did Maverick's Contest go paddle in only? What a crock . . . there's a shot at a 100 foot tow in wave on the right day, and Mav's is paddle in, so they'll settle on smaller swells for the contest day?

Yep, caught up to the vid stuff a bit after I posted. Didn't LOOK like 80ft faces, but, easily 50-60.
One in particular had some height.
I'm in pure awe of these pics and the video's us land lubber's get to watch . . . what MEN!!!! *G*
I'm still betting that the first 100 foot wave caught on video or pic will be at Cortees Bank (sp). Wouldn't surprise me to find Grant Washburn IN that video! *G*
