Round The World Part 2

Yeah, pretty cool. Ten 68 foot long, nineteen foot wide round the world racers are hangin' out in the harbor before they take off for the next leg, Santa Cruz to Panama. Got some interesting work outta the deal. The skipper and navigator are pros, and the rest have paid there way to race around the world. Must be nice to be able to shell out 5 grand for one leg.

Oh and...Liverpool, European capitol of culture?

Comments:
Liverpool? Can't argue with that Mersey Beat. *G*

What's a boat like that berth for an around the world effort?

Eighteen crew at any one time. Sounds crowded to me!

What's the deal on Thursday's start? Spectator fleet? Room for one more? GO JAMAICA! (I'm not rooting on a team from NY) Another view

They're waitin' on parts from you know who!
