I"ve Been Accused Of SEEING Things Before

But, I See Hawks In L.A. is the real deal.
LA Band, around for quite a while.

I heard a cut on bootliquor.com today 'Salesman'  ('04 project) that was AWESOME!
Harmonies, acoustic brilliance in the picking.

Sweet, sweet stuff.

I hit their website, and sampled the rest of them, read their history.

If they come thru YER turf, don't miss them.

If they HAVE come thru, and you've seen them, and I'm the LAST GUY ON EARTH to discover them, ignore this post!

*G*

Comments:
Yep. I a tad ahead of the curve. The Bellyachers opened for them a time or two. Now the Bellyachers...well...they broke up just before they would have gotten large. Just come back from SXSW, put out a good CD and then the riddum geetar chick sanger split. The brunette. Dang.

WTF is SXSW, some kinda code for internet singles sites?

I can't keep up with that crap.

Melody Baldwin? THAT git?

Lovely gal, lovely plumage.

Like the Biscuit Burners, they had their OWN recording studio . Only YOUR band built their own . . . I THOUGHT Billy Cardine built the Burners, too.

Where the HECK did you EVER hear of The Bellyachers?

Damned curve . . . where do I find it, somewhere near Post And Steiner? *G*

Cuz and I went to 12 Galaxies back when he was single. Saw a show and drove back home. Glad we did.

OK, Mister Poster Man. Pertent you don't know what the initials for South By Southwest is again. Go het. Try it.

Oh, that fest in Austin?

I don't see bootlegs, but I see cheap Merlot.

So I GUESS, I got somethin . . . *G*

I read that Winfield flooded, badly.

Then I realized it WASN'T Kansas, anymore, but Missourah . . .

Hearts out the them all, Walnut Fests or not . . . 38,000 displaced last I heard, from Mississippi River Rising.

"Mary Grab The Baby, The River's Rising"

One of my fav old Seldom Scene tracks, I THINK penned by Bill MONroe?:
