Very kewl concept with a variety of cars.
I see the day rate is $65 or so, about what I'd pay for a small van rental for festing purposes.
I GUESS, if you could eliminate the purchase cost, repairs, insurance and gas costs, that rate structure they have would be MUCH cheaper than having a car and having to care for it.
Course, you'd have to not commute with it on a daily basis . . . it's perfect for parts of Santa Cruz!!

Yeah, they tried that with the orange bicycles too but most of them ended up off the end of the wharf, bridges, why a ducks, etc.
