Tom Perkins' 289 foot square rigged Maltese Falcon. Rotating carbon fibre wing masts. Largest, highest tech privatly owned sailboat on the face of the earth. It's in the bay to have the submarine put on, so he can follow whales in the Sea of Cortez. He also lives in Belvadere. 15 patents went into the technology to build it. Tom Pekins..ya know..this guy.
