Camp Howdy

The above link, for those who can't view it, features Tina Fey commenting on her Golden Globe acceptance speech where she told a few bloggers at the L.A.Times to, "Suck it." When asked about why she didn't grab a fancy pants user name and go at them, she said, "...you get the impulse to sign on and answer and if you do that then you know you're a crazy person."

This morning, I read this story about the Old Fashioned Cocktail and there's a quote there, "I soon realized that the Old Fashioned is merely one battle line, albeit a significant one, in a much larger discussion among cocktail fans online that sometimes flared with passion (for regardless of the topic, the Internet has become no place for even-tempered debate). Then the author talks about cocktail debate online. "...forums, can sometimes veer into serious, clinically dry and even belligerent arenas."

What can we take away from these two stories? That Tina Fey is very attractive and I'm getting a whiskey thirst.
