Camp Howdy

This one's special to me, got my eyes all leaking a wee bit. Can't really say why, other than he's always been a class act and a fierce competitor. That, and he's been around for so long he's like an ambassador for the game. One of the 5 best, ever, IMHO. He's left his heart on the diamond with every pitch. You can't BUY that kind commitment to win. A gentleman, too. I've always liked him for some reason, but this one's for the old farts who still play that lurks in all of us. I hope he wins 15 more this season. Bless him. The article's a decent read, too, BTW.
