Stolen from a post on the Orange County Register...

"Republicans are pro-law enforcement and firefighter? I think these functions should be privatized at once. There should be competing plans for police and fire protection from which you can choose, with deductibles and co-pays. When you call for service for either one you will of course need to prove that you have a police or fire protection contract and give your contract card number over the phone first, or at least the ability to pay, and then after that you will get protection. About three weeks later, assuming you are still alive, you will receive a bill and accounting for all services and hidden charges. You'll have about 30 days to pay the difference between what you thought the protection contract paid for and what was actually provided and billed, often higher. I think this is the free market solution we need rather than the socialized, liberal police and fire protection favored by communists and other Big Government Obama types."

Comments:
Wish that kind of snark could take a bite out of my ass cuz I'd lose LOTS of weight with that big of a jaw.

Dayam that's fine snark.

Here's to CA, cuz we're phooked.

And here's to change, cuz we need it. We just ain't gonna get the one we want, it seems. Not for healthcare, energy, or any reforms of any kind.

N here's to BerryFest, we'll always have Camp Mather. Hell, we all may be LIVING there soon. *G*
