Any Howdian's or Other's got lyrics and chords to Michael Reno Harrell's 'Cotton Shirt'?

Great song, have loved it for years now (thanks Tub for Boot Liquor Dot Com).

I think Marley's Ghost covered it, and I think I've heard it at Berry Fest in the early 2002's or so?
