Talk About Fresh!
The 'small river shrimp' on the menu at Chiang Rai Beach. She said "you eat those?' I said "sure, I love shrimp". I hadn't a clue.
I ordered 'em, I ate 'em.
With lots of Chang beer!

Most of the time ya caught 'em with your hand as they jumped.
I have to admit, a few ended up in the sand. We found out later that the spicy chili sauce burried underneath the shrimp was there to stir up and kill the shimp BEFORE you ate them.
