Hopin Howdians Are All Ok

Brutal news last night and this morning from Japan.

Hopin all Howdians are doing ok following what looks like a 2-3 foot surge in Harbor and on your coast.

BIG best wishes for all with boats in the harbor . . . Lynny, Dave, Cuz, Liz . . . her Dave, Doris . . .

Someone post an update if possible when possible . . .

Hawaii (Maui) saw a 7 foot surge earlier today, one guy I know evacced last night with his family at 3am.

No word today yet from him . . .

Best to all and best wises to all of Japan and those impacted by this huge 8.9 temblor and the 22 foot tsunami that struck Japan immediately following the quake . . . aftershocks at 7.1 n a lot of 6's, still. Just heard that from the time of the first quake, there were less than 10 minutes before that 22 foot of water hit Sendai . . . they had no chance.

Comments:
Hey Larue, it was more like a bunch of these, some bigger than others, for around 8 hours. Somewhere around 20 boats sank, 100 damaged, some severely. Everybody seems OK, I haven't talked to Lynn yet. The harbor is trashed.
